We all know from high school that the all matter consists of atoms.   An atom has a small, positively-charged nucleus surrounded by orbiting negatively-charged electrons. The distance of the nucleus and the atom can be compared to the distance of an ant  and a futball field surrounding it. There is a vast empty space within every atom. But this is not all. Even the particles themselves are not really particles, rather probabilities of locations, wher to find them in a certain point in time. 

A light ray used to be described, as a like a series of particles, photons, but with  closer look it turns out, the "particles" behave, as waves, rather than solid parts of matter.

Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way.
